In a lot of 2700 square meters on the Avenue Champs-Elysées #108, one of the most beautiful streets in the prestigious neighbourhood Polanco, in Mexico City, is located this luxury condominium that is home to 35 departments into five levels and ranging from 150 to 350 square meters, which are oriented towards a large central courtyard, the agapandos and a central fountain, an area of contemplation and rest and that in turn provides light and views to all the apartments.

All the facades are lined with travertine stone, all departments have roofed terraces and metal sunshades protect solar incidence and create a decorative pattern.
