Canada Glass Processing Factory is a modern comprehensive glass‑processing plant custom‑designed for Canadian clients. The building measures 84 meters × 42 meters, with an eave height of 10 meters and total construction area of 3,528 m².
This factory adopts an innovative intensive layout that combines a three‑story front office block and production workshop in one single building. This integrated design improves operational efficiency while delivering modern industrial architectural aesthetics.
The office facade uses large glass curtain walls. It brings plenty of natural daylight into office rooms and creates a bright working environment. The transparent facade also visually reflects the owner’s glass business and builds a memorable corporate identity.
The production area features a robust steel structure system with H‑beams and steel columns, fitted with crane beams and overhead bridge cranes. High‑performance PU sandwich panels are used for the building envelope, providing outstanding thermal insulation and airtightness to stabilize indoor temperature and cut energy consumption. Internal steel mezzanines maximize vertical space for storage, auxiliary offices and equipment arrangement.
