Junckers New Wide Board Parquet for Prestigious Development

Junckers’ new Whalebone Staves floor has been installed in Caroline House, a prestigious development to create new office space in central London. As part of the complete refurbishment of the 18,000sq ft building, the Whalebone Staves Black Oak parquet was specified by architects Buckley Gray Yeoman to retain the look of the original floor, a traditional parquet floor in a dark finish, with all the added benefits of a new, solid hardwood floor - hard-wearing and easy to maintain with a virtually limitless lifespan.

Junckers Whalebone Staves are delivered pre-finished with a factory applied seal of UltraMatt lacquer and are ready to walk on as soon as they are laid, saving valuable time in the installation process and ensures a perfect finish. The flooring contractor was MK Contract Flooring Ltd.
