Our client, a single father and entrepreneur with two adult daughters, we contract for the design and construction of a house in Chiclayo of more than 700 m² of built area. The requirements of the program were very dense and required to have environments such as parking for 4 cars, cameras for sauna, pool, gym, rooms each with bathrooms, be familiar and study. It was a priority to achieve outdoor areas of terraces and gardens, and maintain some independence in the home. all this in a lot oriented north-south of 20 ml. x 20 ml.
