The "CASA ARTEMIDE" architectural project involves the creation of an exclusive four-family residential complex that is innovative, sustainable and integrated into the existing urban context of the city of Rivalta, offering an elegant combination of style and functionality. The goal is to create a living space that promotes quality of life, environmental sustainability and social cohesion.
The project was born from the principles of sustainable design, including the use of eco-compatible materials, renewable energy systems and solutions for the efficient management of water resources. The living spaces are designed to maximize the comfort and well-being of the inhabitants, with particular attention to natural light and ventilation. The residential complex is made up of two welcoming ground floors with a garden and two refined first floors with attic, all completed by the presence of four double garages in the basement.
