The generous spaces and multiple views create a constant connection with the outside, while the multiple interior perspectives provide a pleasant feeling of openness and flexibility.

The interior layout is designed to ensure maximum autonomy and privacy for all family members and their guests. The bedrooms are located at the three far ends of the apartment, yet they all converge into a spacious central living area that serves as the vibrant heart of family life. The entire space is embraced by four large terraces that offer sweeping views of the city skyline.

A long, custom-designed piece of furniture extends throughout the apartment, playing a central role in defining the layout. Its continuous eucalyptus wood surface discreetly conceals storage and utility areas, while being interrupted at several points by portals lacquered in a vivid burnt earth tone. These portals define functional niches or serve as passageways to the different rooms in the house.

Two large pivot doors made of burnished metal and glass allow the hallway space to be divided at multiple points, providing the necessary privacy for the sleeping area or the study corner. Each space for self-care has a well-defined personality and is designed to meet the needs of its users: from the master bathroom, large and refined in its travertine coating, to the children’s bathroom, simple and functional, to the guest bathroom, elegant and discreet.

The finishes project is based on the creation of a neutral shell with warm tones that surrounds both walls and floors. The brushed and painted parquet boards form a continuous pattern that extends throughout every room as a uniform background on which stand out the most valuable elements: in the living room, a monolith made of glossy caramel ceramic tiles dialogues with a hand-scratched plaster wall; in the master bedroom, a wall entirely covered in deep bordeaux wallpaper acts as a backdrop, separating the sleeping area from the walk-in closet.
