Casa C is a single-family dwelling, set in a landscape with a contemplative view, the concept of the project is defined by an enveloping form that surrounds the landscape
with its curved shape that allows to "open" the landscape outside the interior of the house, creating a continuity space between the exterior and the interior, two courtyards
are created on the side that create 2 microclimates bounded by circular pillars, which create a permeable metric in the spring and west elevations, which is contradicted by
the expression of the white solid with an abstract character in the main façade
The project develops in two floors, the social area on floor 0, this space develops from several perspectives with lateral patios that serve as preparation for the contemplative
view of the room, a course with succession of spaces, defined with a shaping of light as expressive form across the courtyards and the metric of outer pillars.
The 2nd floor is the private area, defined by routes around the 3 bedrooms, in each room creates two entrances of natural light through the patios and contemplative windows of the facade.
The house C was defined by the simplicity of white matter and the permeability of the metric of white pillars that integrates into the landscape with its surrounding shape. In the interior, the spaces are defined by the paths marked by the patios and the contrast between the permeability of the metric of the lateral facades.
