Defined by a contemporary architectural language and a palette of light, neutral tones, the residence reflects the homeowners' desire—after relocating from São Paulo—for a bright, welcoming home that embraces its natural surroundings. Wood, natural stone, and understated finishes compose the interiors, enhancing the sense of warmth, light, and well-being throughout the house.

The social areas are organized within a spacious open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen to the outdoor leisure spaces, including a swimming pool and gourmet terrace. Complementing the program, the residence also features a gym, sauna, music studio, craft brewery, and two independent home offices, designed to provide the experience of working outside the house while maintaining the convenience of a residential setting.
