This project consists of a complete renovation; where facades and interiors were intervened.
The client was the leader of this project, he took care of each of the details making this collaboration much more enriching.
Each of the spaces has a timeless atmosphere where pieces of art by various national and international artists are exhibited. Every art piece reflect the clients personality and taste.
On the ground floor we can find a living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, utility room, outdoor social area and garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a full bathroom each.
The garden has a covered social area, ideal for those gatherings with friends and family.
