Casalli Arquitetura, under the multidisciplinary approach of founder Mayra R. Casalli, designed the F|L Residence, located in Pouso Alegre/MG. With a surface area of 700m², the three-story house was designed for a family looking for an integrated home, with light and neutral tones that conveyed peace, comfort and sophistication. “The F|L Residence is a striking example of how Casalli Arquitetura combines functionality and beauty in its projects. The fluid integration between the internal and external environments, combined with the use of natural light and the choice of noble materials, such as wood and stone, were fundamental elements in creating a harmonious and welcoming space”, highlights Mayra Casalli.

The project respects and takes advantage of the terrain’s topography, distributing the spaces in a functional manner. On the first floor, a garage of over 200m² accommodates the family’s collection of eight vehicles with sophistication. The second floor includes a living room with double-height ceilings, a TV room, a minimalist kitchen and a gourmet area connected to the landscaping and the pool. On the third floor, the private spaces were carefully planned to provide a haven of rest and tranquility. “The choice of materials was essential to translate the project’s proposal. We used travertine, wood and glass to create an elegant and cozy aesthetic. In addition, natural lighting was a key factor in enhancing the feeling of comfort in the spaces,” explains Mayra.

The landscaping, designed by Alexandre Galhego, is integrated into the architecture, enhancing the interaction between the residence and the surrounding greenery. Highlights of the project include the master bathroom, which is reminiscent of a spa, and the master closet, where bronze-reflecting glass doors expand the space, while the wood adds warmth to the ambiance. “Our goal was to create a contemporary residence, where every detail reflects a balanced combination of functionality, comfort and sophistication. The project, which took three years to complete, represents the essence of what we believe in at Casalli Arquitetura,” concludes the architect.

The F|L Residence features furniture and finishes designed by renowned suppliers, such as Real Móveis, Oca 145 Tapetes, Jares Móveis and Sierra Campinas. The porcelain tiles were supplied by Portobello Shop Pouso Alegre.
