Property located in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the Center of Mérida, the Barrio de Santiago.The house is one of the typical long and narrow layout centro houses, with no more than 5 meters front, distributing the areas was a challenge.One of the main request of this project was to keep most of the original structure of the house. We acheived to keep 90% of the original walls, where a lobby, kitchen dinningroom, and two bedrooms with bathroom are distributed perfectly.

The use of interior gardens made possible to have natural light and air flow in every single room.In the back of the property we find an amazing terrace with a pool that lead you to the back where the master bedroom is located, with privileged view and really private treatment.

One of the proposals was to keep 90% of the existing construction, and just add

interior gardens to have natural light and air flow in all of the rooms of the house.
