In this proyect we developed a strategy of interventions and new addittions that could take advantage from the privilege location in a residential corner site and the modernist formal language of the existing house. This house was built in the late 60´s and has a strong modern influence. We decided that the addittions should be seen as if they have always been there.

More than 160 m2 were added. In the first floor we designed a complete new service area beneath an existing parking roof of approximate 50m2. As we did not want to ocuppy more surface of the site we designed a second floor where we added 110 m2 for the master bedroom area which will have a magnificent view of the Los Andes mountains and the east morning sun.
