The renovation of Casa Rosalia is a perfect example of how an architectural project can combine aesthetics and functionality. The house, with a lively and playful character like the beautiful cat Rosalia (protagonist of the photos), is fresh, colorful and full of life, just like its owners. The project curated by architect Salvatore Vicidomini stands out for an eclectic design, rich in personality, in every environment.

The entrance to Casa Rosalia is through an outdoor patio decorated with tiles in porcelain stoneware 20 20, characterized by geometric patterns of vintage taste. This welcoming space introduces the visitor to the large transparent window that flanks the entrance door, entirely covered in solid wood.

Living area: with character, crossing the threshold, you are in the large open space living area dominated by a large dining table made from an ancient chestnut wood board. The renovation has been able to enhance the existing spaces, creating an open space that harmoniously combines the kitchen, living room and dining area, perfect for welcoming friends and relatives. The choice of a parquet floor, alternated with porcelain stoneware in high wear areas such as the kitchen and entrance, guarantees both elegance and practicality.

TV and fireplace area: a central element of the living area is the three-sided fireplace, positioned as an island, which divides the space into two distinct areas. On the one hand, it creates an intimate and collected reading corner, perfect for moments of private relaxation. On the other hand, there is a TV area, more convivial and social, designed for relaxation in company. The fireplace becomes a focal point that combines functionality and design, offering warmth and atmosphere to the entire room.

Kitchen with island and hidden details: in the kitchen area, a large white monolithic island perfectly integrates with the rear columns, which cleverly hide the flush door of the guest bathroom. Every detail has been studied to combine aesthetics and functionality, in line with the design approach of the architect Salvatore Vicidomini and the Manuarin studio.

Sleeping area elegance and comfort: an element of stylistic continuity is represented by the three wooden steps, made to measure by "Passione Legno" joinery, which lead to the sleeping area. The double room, large and bright, has a private bathroom characterized by an original composition of tiles, placed behind the bathtub free installation.
