The house is located in the Tunquén seaside resort, in the Fifth Region, on a 5,000 m² plot with a gentle slope facing the sea. The house was placed on the upper part of the site in order to capture the views toward the ocean.
The area is dry, with vegetation consisting of pines, litres, and other native shrubs, along with a constant humid and cold wind blowing from the southeast toward the northwest. The house is organized linearly, with all rooms oriented toward the sea.
La zona es seca con vegetación de pinos, litres y otros arbustos nativos, y un constante viento húmedo y frío desde el sur-oriente hacia el nor-poniente. La vivienda se organiza linealmente con todos los recintos orientados hacia el mar.
