The project is in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Cd. Victoria Tamaulipas, with a construction area of 700 m2.
The main objective of the house was to develop a residence with free spaces between its interior interconnection but private in its context, thus achieving a non-transferable architecture in which the user would quickly feel the autonomy of his property.
The Casa Victoria project is conceived as a residential complex with a formal architectural concept that is born from a solid intersection of volumetric elements that integrate the material naturalness of the slatted marble details that frame the main entrance and its façades.
The main entrance is traversed through a front garden to reach a prominent lobby that is framed by a subtle double height that is topped by a water mirror, the reception space stands out thanks to the combination of natural light and the delicate selection of artificial light.
The interior spaces are discovered once the users enter the architecture to reach a spacious social area that finishes their view towards a private interior courtyard enlivened by a swimming pool that also becomes an ornamental element of which there is also a view from the main bedroom balcony that is located on the upper floor.
The preponderant combination of materials highlights the contrast between the black marbles on the floors and the wooden staves used in the ceilings, turning the interior design into a space with a distinguished physiognomy. A special inspiration is taken when choosing the pieces of furniture and decorative elements in each space, making a show in each environment that is generated by the delicate designation of luminaires that will highlight the central points.
