Plan architect as Architects

Centara Ayutthaya Hotel is located in one of the historical city in Thailand. Ayutthaya was a Siam’s capital city since 1350 and last long for 417 years. Since then the city still remains traces of prosperity in many archeological site.

From the precious history, the building concept came up with ‘Unveil Ayutthaya’ The hotel planning provided lift core and fire stairs in the middle of the building while the guest rooms are surround the core and can take the surrounding view at all side. The façade pattern is relating to the brick pattern which appears on many burned temples and pagoda which inside of each place revealed valuable thing inside.

In this design, the middle part of the front side, the stack effect set-in gold glass panels, is used for highlight and also representing the valuables which will glow up the lift hall in the night. While the prominent part of the building also provides more corner room in the front which can see the Ayutthaya city view.

The project is located next to Central Ayutthaya department store and it could easily connect through the plaza. The hotel contains more than 200 keys with all-day dining restaurant. The wooden-look in the all-day-dining area represents the local Thai house material and the space of the restaurant also link and blend with the landscape on the ground floor. While on the top, the bar and pool are connected. On the roof top bar the deck are set for the sunset scene together with Ayutthaya historical city view. This scene is surely be a memorable one for all visitors.
