The new medical center is a vibrant, human-centered space seamlessly integrated into Tbilisi’s urban fabric — transparent, open, and inviting. The project site covers 8,219 m², and the total building area is approximately 11,000 m². The building consists of four above-ground floors and one underground floor, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of functional requirements.
The center integrates outpatient, laboratory, administrative, and educational spaces, making it a truly multifunctional and publicly accessible environment.
The architectural expression of the building is emphasized by its author-designed façade, which combines contemporary geometric forms with a fully glazed curtain wall system. This approach creates a light and luminous appearance, ensuring maximum visual connection with the surrounding context.
At the heart of the building lies the central atrium, a vertical open space that connects all floors and creates a bright, airy, and socially engaging atmosphere. Functionally, the atrium also acts as a navigational core, facilitating intuitive movement and clear spatial orientation throughout the center.
Structurally, the project is designed as a modern monolithic reinforced concrete frame system, ensuring both durability and the flexibility to adapt interior layouts as needed.
