The first 20-storey residential building in Lviv. Its plastic model takes into account the heights and building lines of the existing Chornovil Avenue, which is formed of modernist buildings of 10 and 17 floors.

The highlight of the project is the consideration of the urban context before the design began, when the authors drew attention to the importance of the existing pedestrian passage used by local residents to reach public transport stops. Therefore, an accent appeared in the building – a front passage formed in the body of the building, with a colonnade that can be associated with Greek propylaea.
