The magic of architecture and design has converged in a perfect symbiosis, creating a unique workspace for a Ukrainian charitable organization. Nestled in the picturesque historic center of Kyiv, along the banks of the Dnipro River, this office epitomizes the harmony between functionality and inspiration.

The goal of this project extended beyond creating primary workspaces. It aimed to craft a variety of supplementary areas: a lecture hall accommodating up to 60 people, flexible and versatile in its purpose, a co-working space for eight individuals complete with a library, a meeting room, and a kitchen. Ensuring comfortable accessibility for all, including those with disabilities, was a paramount consideration.

The head of the foundation is a great admirer of modern Ukrainian art, so we provided empty areas of the walls, where later paintings of artists and sculptures were placed. This transformed the office into a genuine gallery of modern art.

A source of immense pride for the foundation is its ever-expanding library. For this purpose, we incorporated multiple shelving units and the potential to expand storage within the lecture hall.

The office's design strikes a delicate balance between a bright and serene color palette: the primary work areas are bathed in light, pastel tones, while the open space's walls are adorned with refreshing green hues.

Stepping over the threshold of this office, visitors are immediately enveloped in an atmosphere that is simultaneously cozy and inspiring. This project is a perfect example of how modern design can marry functionality and beauty, creating a place where art and charity converge in the embrace of architectural harmony.
