Crown House

Crown House is a Villa, designed by Alexander Brenner Architects.
This modern Villa is located in Frankfurt, Germany in a hillside  villa area in the south of a small residential road.
The facade facing the street is mainly closed, owed to modern living requirements while on the other hand a floor-to-ceiling glass façade opening up towards the garden and the magnificent view to the valley.
The ground floor accommodates the joinly used rooms like the library, the home theatre and the living area.
The two-storey hall with the staircase connects this part of the building with the kitchen- and dining area in the western section.
On the upper level, all bedrooms and the associated bathrooms are arranged around the gallery.
The master bedroom with a spa area, a dressing room and a bathroom are laid out as a continuous, self-contained private area.
The covered roof terrace located in front affords an unrestricted view to the southwest.
The fitness and spa area occupies the largest part of the garden level.
