The project develops through a central band that contains all the service spaces (entrance, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, corridor), separating the large living room from the kitchen.

The central element has been covered in canaletto walnut wood and with its resin flooring creates an element of detachment between the parquet in the living room and in the bedrooms.

The bathrooms are treated as a project within the project: the bathroom with the bathtub was developed to bring out the Gris du marais marble cladding; in the ensuite bathroom, on the other hand, the back panel in Silk Gerogette marble with a pleated finish is the protagonist.
