The aim of the building is to provide a serviced office space to different kind of businesses; the design provides with a working hall, reception, meeting rooms, and offices on all floors. An in-house gym and a cafeteria is proposed on the ground floor that serves as the recreational center for the users.

The material pallet has been kept earthy and greens have been incorporated in the building facade to improve the ambiance and the indoor air quality.The materials are used in their elemental form to reduce the construction costs. The building is green in true sense as it uses less resources, passively cooled, uses greens to provide insulation and requires less artificial lighting.
