The main design idea was to build an ecological and sustainable single-family building in the dence center of the big city. The design challenge was unusual in that there are very few clients in Poland who are interested in eco-friendly buildings in wooden construction. The architectural premise was not only to bet on ecological and energy-saving solutions, but to package this in an attractive, contemporary form. Our goal was to dispel the myths prevailing in Poland that ecological and wooden construction can only be used outside the city, in rural areas, and fits primarily for summer housing.
