D’ Casa Hotel, is a hotel that will be built in Bengkulu, and it name means ” house ” . Architectstries to design this three-star hotel with a fit -in budget that the owner has, with a lengthwise model, considering the location of the hotel is in a linear shape. This linear part of the hotel designed in a black and white tone and simple materials like regular painted plaster – aci with kamprot paint in black color. However, the unit is design in a chamfer shapes at the end of its room to give a sense of an interesting façade feels. In the supporting area located in the front of the hotel, its designed in a three levels construction with a Rooftop Skylounge on the 4th level.This area designed with a specification that high enough considering most of the area is directly seen by the visitors who came. Coated with metal with a “Dol” – Bengkulu’s traditional music instrument, symbol on it as a drum shaped creates an interesting playful façade and participated as an element of the interior view also. This series of metal uses a lacer cutting technology. The front façade area also dominated by glasses to makes it luxurious and shows its interiors clearly to make the visitors interested to come. This hotel has total 60 rooms, 2 meeting rooms with 10-12 people capacity, 3 seminar rooms with capacity for 50 people that can be connected into one very large room with 150 people capacity, a Rooftop Lounge as an area to enjoy the view of downtown city of Bengkulu, Ballroom with capacity for 1000 people and 4 Presidential Cottage that located separated from the main building of the hotel.
