Intervention and makeover project for a department of the 70s in Mexico City.

The proposal consists in generating a visual continuity of a 60 sqm space. A scheme that articulates three essential spaces in the domestic life: Dining room / living room / kitchen.

For this goal it was necessary to demolish some secondary walls.

The result of this small intervention is a free space for the activities of being-eating and cooking, becoming an open space that provides cross ventilation.

The furniture attempts to be a filter, and a joint between lobby, living/dining room and kitchen.

The new elements that reconfigure the space through a brief palette of materials.
