Urban living at its most dynamic

A location right in the heart of The Hague between Schedeldoekshaven and Turfmarkt is home to a striking high-rise apartment building: De Kroon. Ascending 125 metres into the sky, this multifunctional tower provides housing, offices and retail space. De Kroon offers a wide range of residential accommodations for various income categories, including both rented and owner-occupied housing. Every apartment is finished to a very high standard and has breathtaking views over the city to the sea on the horizon. Two luxurious penthouses grace the very top of the building.

The ground floor provides such conveniences as an Albert Heijn grocery store and other retail outlets for your daily shopping needs, as well as opportunities for eating out. Floors 1 to 5 inclusive are dedicated to office space. Located next to De Kroon are two 140-metre office towers that will be the new accommodations for the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.

APARTMENTS

De Kroon is home to 128 apartments. These apartments are located from the 14th up to the 40th floor. On the highest floor are two very luxurious penthouses. All apartments have breathtaking views over the city and as far as the sea. They are finished to a high level.
