In Dörnbergstraße in Kassel, a modern apartment block was built that impresses with its clear architecture and functional design. Generous window fronts and a harmonious façade design made of Corten steel create an inviting living ambience.  

The building offers several residential units with different layouts that appeal to both singles and families. Each flat is bright and open-plan, with modern kitchens and balconies that extend the living space to the outside.
Communal outdoor areas encourage residents to socialise and create a pleasant living environment.
