Dronning Eufemias Gate 8 is located in a prime location in Oslo and is one of Norway's best-known office buildings.

air-lux Fassadensystem
The former PWC building was transformed into a modern, energy-efficient and robust multi-purpose building. Art and architecture go hand in hand with technology and innovative solutions.
The new façade is made of 4-pane insulating glass with a Ug value of 0.29 W/m2K.
The architect's intention was to create an externally flush, absolutely smooth facade. Since the dimensions are too large for normal turn windows and sliding windows have an offset, the idea for pivot windows came up. On the upper floor, 4 motorized air-lux pivot windows with identical opening directions and sash dimensions of 1,208 x 3,970 mm were installed.
