In undertaking the moderate renovation of an existing 1990’s era loft apartment in TriBeCa, we attempted to create a more practical and elegant arrangement of public and private areas within the unit. While we did not reconfigure the layout we did add various elements- a new leather paneled wall and entry foyer for example- in order to achieve this. Additionally we reworked the kitchen and bathrooms and introduced millwork, lighting and new flooring all of which contribute to the creation of a serene and refined environment.
