Edenred France, the world leader in payment solutions for the workplace, has brought its 1,000 employees in a new 12,600 m² headquarters in Montrouge. The project was a two-year journey led by Parella from start to finish, covering real estate strategy, property search, lease negotiation, design and construction management.
The design is built around a central idea: the food court as an architectural thread running through the entire building. Each floor takes its inspiration from a different culinary or geographical destination, creating an immersive sensory experience that encourages movement, creativity and a sense of discovery.
Beyond the physical space, Parella also supported the human side of the transition, guiding teams through the move to flexible working over several months of workshops, internal ambassador programmes and a structured change management approach.
