Elephant Park scheme will be a true landmark in London once completed; raising the Elephant and Castle neighbourhood back to its former prominence. The project is on-site with the first phase completed in 2017. The final phase is expected to be completed in 2024. The overall masterplan includes 14,000m2 of Retail, 2,000m2 of Leisure and 4,400m2 of Business. The Benoy Retail Strategy was with Lend Lease who is developing the Elephant and Castle region. Currently we are unable to release the names of the retailers who are expected to be a part of the new Park.
