ESJ Jade

The Jade Hotel substitutes the old Condo-Hotel Gardenia, a “time share” tourist hotel. The project consists of 71 studios, 29 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom suites, with approximately 405 square feet, 858 square feet and 1,141 square feet respectively in a total of 10 levels. Each level also provides service and maintenance areas for hotel employees and a small common guest laundry area. In the first level, the building has a reception area, lobby, administrative spaces, and service areas. The project also has a terrace on the ninth level that will include a bar area, swimming pool, gym, and spa.
