An example, amongst the first in Rome, of a figurative attention towards aspects of energy saving, this building expresses a strongly dynamic value in a static space, conditioned by an enslavement to the primitive urban plan for the EUR.
For this reason it features, with a notable emphasis on its elaborate construction technique, a double wall along the facade of the pre-existing building envelope, entirely remodelled on the interior as well.
The result is a building that is typologically updated, and perfectly in line with contemporary figurative research.
