Infusing art and design to create a unique and elegant retail space.
This 45,000-square-foot project for the high-end retailer, Forty Five Ten, is located in the heart of Dallas within a historic downtown block. Corgan partnered with Droese Rainey Architecture to design the four-story building with basement. Corgan was responsible for the core and shell, while Droese Rainey focused on the interior design. 

The building features an iron spot brick façade with bronze paneling, four-story monumental stair with intricate custom steel art enclosure and custom steel art railings at Juliet balconies. Other project elements include:

café / champagne room on ground floor opening onto terrace and urban garden, penthouse restaurant, penthouse hair salon, surface valet parking lot, sculpture and art throughout spaces, and Netherlands fabricated custom steel windows.

Bendheim’s textured architectural glass brings light, a sense of mystery and discovery to this upscale, multilevel boutique in the heart of downtown Dallas. The glass walls surrounding the stairwell feature our retro-chic Corduroy linear textured glass, installed in matte-black divided-lite frames. Fitting rooms are designed with our ultra-privacy Houdini™ laminated glass doors.

A translucent white colored interlayer, added to the women’s fitting room doors, creates a softer and more obscuring aesthetic. Houdini glass lets in maximum light, while its fine, micro-fluted surface obscures the shapes of people and objects behind it. Its contemporary linear pattern and durability make it a timeless, versatile design element. Forty Five Ten’s interior design is a reflection of the brand’s commitment to creating a unique retail experience.
