FRANTTONE OFFICE

FRANTTONE OFFICE

The project consists of developing a showroom for the new Franttone Group brand, which is now established to meet the demand for corporate furniture solutions from its local audience through Franttone Office.

Since the business proposal has as its starting point the updating of work dynamics designed directly in the architecture and interiors of corporate environments in the post-pandemic period, the main idea is to incorporate different work contexts within the four walls of the commercial location, thus providing points of contact with different styles, structures and ways of working.

Given the dynamic concept encompassed by this point of view, the intention is for the public to occupy the showroom as a space for experimentation in order to be able to anticipate and materialize the changes in behavior associated with the new needs of the work environments of the present and future.

The wide range of possibilities encompassed by the new ways of working guided the entire interior design of the space, which aims to offer a space sufficiently integrated to welcome customers with excellent circulation while, from another point of view, presenting all possible scenarios for organizations.Fluidity and flexibility were great sources of inspiration in this project. Understanding them as essential attributes in corporate spaces, from the living and decompression areas to the traditional office workstations, imprinting this feeling is a priority in every inch of Franttone Office.

Because we believe that well-thought-out choices elevate offices to a stimulating and inviting level to produce with more creativity, the search for an immersive experience that promotes deep enchantment in clients is made in every detail.

A quick walk through the space reveals the approach to contexts that vary, for example, between moments of producing, researching, interacting, decompressing or concentrating.

The most challenging aspect of the project was to harmoniously combine a wide variety of fabrics and colors to be used in the furniture pieces, since there was an important need to display a wide range of options to facilitate the visualization of the products ordered by the clients.

Faced with this challenge, the main solution was to choose the initial base of the project in neutral tones. Starting with the continuous presence of the burnt cement texture on the ceiling and walls, which provided unity to the whole. The colors emerged and were tactically allocated as, one by one, the spaces took shape.

As expected, the leading role was played by the Cavaletti furniture, meticulously distributed throughout all the spaces. Sofas with USB connectivity, super ergonomic chairs and inviting armchairs demonstrate in practice the incredible solutions proposed to the clients.

One of the most special aspects of this project for me was the production phase. During this stage, I had the opportunity not only to design but also to get my hands dirty in the execution of the green wall designed for the reception area of the showroom.

From the visitors' point of view, the probable environments to be designed are gradually revealed in the first steps after entering the store. Starting with the waiting room and reception, a selection of sofas, poufs and armchairs in neutral tones such as black, gray, brown and caramel create an inviting composition.

It is precisely in this space that the customer can be led to the first contacts with the store's team of consultants while they come across a stunning green wall, which in addition to bringing nature into the space also consists of a true sensorial breath of fresh air. The store's window is positioned right next to it, dividing the exterior from the interior with a wooden structure that perfectly matches the sophistication of the vertical garden.

Since it is located on the ground floor of a residential building, it was not possible to add architectural elements to the exterior of the space. However, the predominance of Franttone's official color was kept prominently displayed on the façade as a strong reference for the brand, which is already established regionally.

An important point is that, as this is a store designed for corporate solutions, a natural green wall would not be viable in terms of practicality and care. For this reason, the use of permanent plants provided by the Franttone group's main store was a real success and has already been receiving praise from the very beginning, sparking customers' interest in this solution as well.

Next, in the next immersive layer, you can find a proposal for a functional and shared workstation, perfect for offices that want to implement this new interactive dynamic.

A little further on, the simulation of a boardroom is accompanied by the suggestion of a glass aquarium as an integrated or private alternative for meetings and conferences. Further back, there is a complete display of chairs, very close to the social and relaxation area, which is also strategically positioned for more intimate services with a relaxed and super comfortable atmosphere.
