From the perspective of light environment, we set the overall color temperature at 2700K to create a warm and comfortable psychological feeling; in the selection of luminaires, we use luminaires with better anti-glare ones to improve the overall light environment quality of the space; In terms of layout, we fully understood the creative intention of the space designer and the style of Party A, and set the light in the space in a reasonable and hierarchical way.
The artwork decoration on the front facade of the lobby is the visual focus of the space. We used wall-washing lighting to provide the even lighting with a focus, highlighting the “ginkgo leaf” shape woven by the artist using a metal mesh. The luminaires in the lobby are arranged in different areas, so that the light in the space has a sense of hierarchy; the lighting of the swimming pool is as subtle as possible without revealing traces and highlighting the key points.
There are 412 guest rooms in Guomao Apartment, ranging from wide open single rooms to luxurious four-bedroom rooms with various exquisite design room types. The lighting design of the apartment is different from the hotel room, we have to consider the needs of long-term rental. Different from the more prominent sense of the scene in hotel rooms, in the apartment we have to consider the uniformity and comfort of space illumination. We gave prominence to the key points and a sense of hierarchy tour rooms. Scene control in the space is also more flexible and convenient than hotel rooms.
At present, Guomao Apartment has completed all preparations such as scene commissioning before opening, and will soon be re-installed.
