It is located in an urbanization control area of Yokohama-city. Because of it's small land area with the flag pole shape, it is necessary to build fully in the regular shape part.
As the solution, the cantileverd eaves; which aren't  included in leagal area, are arranged around the building. They contribute half outdoor space and to expand the area physically and also visually.
