The hotel is located in a damaged plot of land of 13000 m2, in an area that behind is bordered by an ecological reserve and the front and sides with varied views of Acapulco.
The project consists of two solids closed towards the back, with completely open façades that house 44 rooms in total, 20 of them with their own pool in the former and 24 with terrace in the second, which also concentrates all the services of the hotel, library, cinema, restaurant, bar, gym and spa.
From the outset the requirements of the land owners was to raise the hotel to take advantage of views achieved in the upper parts of the premises which are a story of Acapulco, this story talks about “pie de la cuesta”, the Bay, “Punta diamante” and the new Acapulco.
