Paço de Vitorino is a manor house located in the north of Portugal that has belonged to the same family since the mid-16th century. Its history is marked by several important events. The most striking data from the middle of the 20th century. XVIII, when a major intervention began, according to baroque canons. The resulting construction is characterized by a main house with three floors on the east side, two side wings to the north and south, and a small chapel to the west along with the entrance gate to the west. These elements make up a large central courtyard defined by facades adorned with granite elements.

The project envisaged a thorough rehabilitation of the existing structure and its adaptation to a 15-room hotel, to be distributed between the main house and the wings.

The scale of the baroque garden to the south, with ponds and statuary of a value considered unusual in a private context, legitimized the creation of an interpretation center for historic gardens to be exposed over the archaeological remains in the basement.
