The project is a prototype for a prefab house with a pool. A black wood paddock, without any opening with the exception of the entrance door, encloses a living space that appears unlimited, fully open, glazed and filled with light, "floating" over a pool that defines the fourth side of the fence.
The water enter between the inhabited environments enclosed by glass walls. These are spread over the outside on teak platforms that seem to float over the water, connected to each other by black granite steps.
The walls that separate the bedrooms on the left and right sides are opaque but covered by mirrors, producing a multiplier effect giving the illusion of unlimited space.
All service areas, bathrooms, wardrobes and kitchen, are concentrated close the outer wall from which you access with a distribution opened to the living rooms. A continuous window on the roof over the distribution path works like air extraction producing an efficient system of air circulation and cooling in the summer months. A simple box that contains unlimited space and bright in just 136 square meters.
