There are two floors. The first floor, offers spaces for more privacy and quietness. It is here that is positioned the studio M2.senos. The balcony takes center stage facing the street and ensures privacy to work through a flowerbox in concrete. This object is suspended and underlines the cleared volumes, taking advantage of its geometry.

There are few exterior finishes. To use black sandwich panel, an industrial material, on the townhouse it was a creative challenge. The material wealth wasn’t a concern, instead, the design objectives were to achieve a physical robustness and to be detailed on the details.

On the other hand, for the interior were selected natural materials like the yellow limestone used in the kitchen, or the natural pine wood on the flooring. It is mainly through them that the texture and the "temperature" are acquired providing the desired comfort levels inside.
