Within walking distance of the historic city center, an ensemble of an apartment building and two semi-detached houses is being created. Despite the high density, an underground garage, to which the two semi-detached houses are also connected, allows for high-quality green and attractive spaces between the buildings.
In terms of energy, the ensemble is designed as a 0-energy complex. Solar panels, which were taken into account from the outset, not only on the roofs but also in the façade, confidently convey this to the outside world.
A differentiated façade structure, unusual balcony and loggia design create zoning and value and lift the project out of the arbitrariness of other apartment buildings and uniform semi-detached houses with double garages. Here, it is not the car that dominates, but the "in-between spaces" designed and landscaped for people.
The historically colored old town is taken up in a modified form in the form of a color concept with various pastel shades.
