The spaces of the documentation and information centre are complementary to the military and civilian houses of the general secretariat of the presidency. the disposition of the construction allows the connection of all these services directly, and creates a courtyard that brings them together, operating in conjunction with the palace gardens. the centre is integrated as part of the hanging gardens. the ground floor e the offices, conference rooms, a library, archives, and a gym. the top floor is set by a restaurant.
