We developed the design concept for Jamie Olivers group multiple award winning Italian restaurant in 2008. We have now completed six of them with three more in the pipeline. Each had it's individual characters, absorbing it's location and the building it is in. The site at Bristol occupies a sloping corner site which creates a multi level interior. There are four principle spaces and a private room and our design makes the most of the complexity of the interior, and creates very different moods in each of the spaces.
