The family likes old apartments, with spacious rooms and good distribution, signed pieces and they value architectural solutions. They also really enjoy hosting and making dinners for friends.
The apartment has its entire side facing north, with a large amount of natural light, enhancing.
In the balcony area, some flowers were placed hugging a bench designed by the office, with a tea table, tall and full flowers, seeking to bring more privacy to the couple. An intervention with wood and lad tape was also carried out due to the installation of air conditioning so that everything would not be so obvious.
The room has steps that have kept some of the property's old features, it has a large opening to enhance natural and indirect light and allowing for a wider house, covered in chips and the environment with a large arrangement of signed pieces.
