In an area of mostly small hotels and businesses, rich with nature and owners looking to preserve the environment and the natural landscape of their properties, this Lodge is a project were the Caribbean, Bali and Modern styles are combine to create a unique small compound in the heart of the Costa Rican South Caribbbean area. The spaces projected were simple yet cozy, open to the nature and the view of the ocean, and surrounded by gardens. The project is made up of one main house with guest rooms and 3 bungalows that are independent from the main house with their own kitchens and decks. The quality of the spaces is given by the wood (main building material), the large windows (for the view and natural light) and the climatic control with natural ventilation and mosquito protection.
