This 16-story luxury building located in the Murray Hill neighborhood was an assemblage of lots and transferable development rights. The design created a landscaped 5,700 SF residential entrance court accessible from East 29th Street.
The building, which was fully leased upon completion, was constructed by HRH Construction. The ground floor provides 7,000 SF of medical offices which are entered on East 28th Street.
