The Residence is a 3,838.00 sq. ft. 4 bedroom House, along with a 582.00 sq. ft. Garage. I worked closely with the owners to develop a single story residence that responded t o t he unique site.

With Ocean and Island views, along with strict height limitations, w e had to be creative, creating a home that takes advantage of the views, along with avoiding blocking views for surrounding neightbors. The open plan blends Living room, Dining Room , Bar and exterior outdoor spa c e into one large entertainment spa c e . The Master Bedroom and Bath also stratigically placed to take advantage of Coastal views..
