Divided into a veranda, front hall, corridor, and back area, Lazy is physically and operationally connected to the bakery owned by the same client. At the rear of the project, interconnected kitchens streamline both operations.
At the heart of the layout, the bar and coffee station were combined to serve as the central hub for distributing hot and cold beverages throughout all dining areas. The roof features translucent tiles that provide zenithal lighting across the entire building—resulting in significant energy savings on artificial lighting.
Most tables offer a full view of the food preparation area. “Lazy” produces fresh, handmade pasta.
