LOFT EX-CEAT

LOFT EX-CEAT

Fabio Fantolino as Architects

The concept is based on the idea of the open space loft that can be transformedaccording to the needs, in different rooms like a traditional apartment. This can be possible thanks to wooden panels in Daniela Scared Chestnut that can be opened and disappear into the walls. Looking at the distribution of the interior and exterior spaces, the user has the possibly to pass all around the central block, which is composed by a master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, and can enjoy the panoramic view on the Alps and the Mole Antonelliana. All these different views can be appreciated also from the interior, thanks to the glass walls and windows.

The living space has three different zones, the conversation zone with couches and the dining zone at the same level, and the tv zone. This last one is located on a wood platform which hosts a bookcase and some cushions to feel more relaxed reading books or watching TV.

The apartmentoccupies two floors, upstairs there are a master guest room with wardrobe and a abathroom. The steps in American Larchconduce to the second floor, singular fixed and overhanging from the wall.

The floor in resin recalls the loftidea, in which objects are primary compared to the volume that contains them.

Also the masterbedroom is slightly rised in comparison to the livingroom, and it is joined by a wood wall in Daniela Scared Chestnut.

The bathroom dedicated to the masterbedroomis composed by a basininserted in natural oak platform and sanitary hidden behind a wood wall, all included into a stone volume.

The white varnished kitchen connects the entrance corridor to the dining room.

All these spaces are surrounded by a marvelous terrace that rounds the entire block at 360° degrees.
